First day back running after the 2 week break and, not gonna lie, it was pretty hard. I was really feeling it the first half of the run, but after a while running started to feeling natural again. it was super awesome to start xc again and getting to see the team too, I forgot how dope it is. this year is gonna be awesome

Today was a little better than yesterday, had a nice chill grass run with my homies. I've been feelin super tired all day today so I'm gonna get to bed extra early tonight.  Youngsters was pretty lit today too, the 3rd and 4th grade boys are cewl.

First 7 minutes sucked super bad, but I gradually got going and felt great the last half of the run. Had to take my sister home after practice so I just stretched in mi casa and felt like 10x better after.

Today felt A LOT better than earlier this week. I felt alright the whole run and was able to go right into striders, which felt great! I'm gonna set a goal to get to bed by 10 and to stretch/ yoga everyday cause it's really helped a ton

Longest run of the week today and it felt great. Ran most of the run with the Varsity/ upper JV guys and they all did really good. We ran around Shnobe Kibe and did rollercoaster with everyone and then looped around and dropped most of the guys off at Sullivan. The Varsity guys continued on the river trail and really picked up the pace, but it felt great and natural. Those guys are all beasts and I can't wait to race with them

Had an epic night run with da boyz. Me and a few guys on the team had to take the ACT this morning and didn't get a run in, so we decided to go at night. It was me, Colton, Corbin, Grant, and Parker and we met at the Green Springs Park. We were gonna do the Powerline Trail, but we realized it was kinda hard to see and we were all trippin on the rocks so we flipped and just ran around Green Springs on the road. We went from going an 8 min pace to 7 and 6:30 paces. The pick ups felt great and all the guys did great. Even when I started to pick up the pace a bit, Grant, Corbin, and Colt all stuck in there. Parker did good too, especially with his messed up knee. If they all keep it up, we're gonna have an epic xc season.

Had a great workout today, tempo on the dirt mile. It was awesome to have all the guys do most of the workout together, they all pushed really hard and did super good. There was a point for everyone when it got hard, but we all pushed past that pint and kept going.  We got a nice solid group for this xc season and it's gonna be lit!

I had to go to youth conference this morning so I did a run on my own. I had to switch today's run with Saturday's so that I would have time to get ready to leave. The run was alright, ran into Cooper and Tavin doin their workout so I ran with them for a bit. It was cool to see them out that early too, it really showed their dedication. Really wished I could've been running with the whole team cause running on your own just sucks.

First run here at Snow College and it was pretty beast, had a nice group of guys from PV and D-Hills. We all ran together for just under half of our run, then the D-Hill guys and Colton flipped so it was just me and Mikey. It felt good and had a nice stretching session after

Ran with Mikey and Ethan for a little while but then they flipped so I just went by myself into this cool Canyon. Kinda scared I would get attacked by a bear or chupacabra or something tho.

Holy crap this was a hard run. Not only is the heat rising, but so is our mileage. This was the longest runs of the season so far and felt good for the most part, but the final few miles was brutal. Stretched like a mutha after and feel a lot better now.

Nice, chill run today, ran a lot of it in the desert and sand. We had a nice solid group, we were a little bummed that not everyone stuck with us tho cause they can definitely do it. It's getting pretty hot and I think everyone's starting to feel it, but we were able to push through it and had a great run.

Felt great today, had an awesome hill workout. We had a great group of guys, wish a few others could've done it with us tho. The last couple hills were a little difficult, but otherwise it was solid.

Awesome run at the Confluence Park with the boiz. Ran on a golf course for a bit which felt nice and the run as a whole was pretty chill. We had a great group of guys with us, super proud of those guys like Can robin and Jose for sticking in there with us for the most part.

I hate running by myself, but I had work this morning so I had to just do it. Ran up the trail at Sullivan Park and just flipped when it ended. it felt alright, went a little too slow for some of it, but I was able to negative split the run.

Today was a really good day, the run felt fantastic. It was the furthest I've ran this season but it definitely didn't feel like it. We had a great group together the majority of the run, which made things even better! Super proud of Colt and Mikey for their awesome efforts. I was able to stick with Carson and it felt great to be up there. Can't wait to run more with these beasts!

Beast run at the Heritage Park, last run with the team for a while. It was pretty chill, nothin too hard. I wish we could a little bigger of a group, we were missing a guy or too who could definitely be up there with us.
