I really wanted to at least try to run today so I went for it. I didn’t realized how bad my calves, quads and chest hurt! I decided to run to the nearest park and did 30 min on the grass. Stretched like a mutha when I got home, ain’t got time to be hurt this season.

My whole body hurts like h*ck after my car crash, decided I’d just go home and stretch like a mutha. Gonna go see a chiropractor next week sometime to check out my neck and back.
